ILIAD, in its capacity as data controller, as well as all entities of the ILIAD Group (hereinafter "ILIAD") attach great importance to the protection of your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal data (hereinafter "Data") and to the respect of your data protection rights. We attach great importance to the principle of transparency and we are committed to establishing a solid and lasting relationship with our partners and suppliers based on trust and mutual interest.
In this context, this privacy policy aims to inform you about the purposes and methods of processing the Data that you provide us in order to respect your privacy and to enable you to understand and become aware in full transparency of the Data that we collect and process, what we do with it, as well as how you can protect your privacy.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
What Data do we process?
In the context of our professional relationship, ILIAD collects in a fair and transparent manner the following categories of Data that you provide directly to us:
Identification Data such as your name or company name, first names, address (registered office, billing address), telephone, fax, e-mail address, SIREN number, country identifier, etc;
Connection Data such as connection ID, IP address and technical cookies, etc. ;
Economic and Financial Data such as payment information, order and transaction data, accounting identification code, billing information, payment type, etc;
Data relating to the follow-up of the business relationship such as orders, deliveries, complaint management, etc.
ILIAD undertakes to only collect and use Data that is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. ILIAD thus ensures in particular that the Data is regularly updated if necessary.
ILIAD processes your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French law « Loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 relative à l'informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés modifiée ». Your Data is used by ILIAD for determined, specific and legitimate purposes and is not used for purposes other than those indicated below.
How does ILIAD use your Data?
The processing of your Data by ILIAD is notably based on its legitimate interest to develop and promote its business as well as its products and services, subject to not affecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subjects.
If we need to collect information based on other grounds, we undertake to have a relevant legal basis for doing so.
In the course of its activities, ILIAD may also disclose information about you to entities within the group.

Who can access your Data?
Your Data is processed by ILIAD for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy and may be transferred to third party who provide services, assistance and/or advice to ILIAD for the same purposes as those presented here.
We ensure that only authorized persons have access to your Data. ILIAD applies policies which ensure that your Data is only transmitted to persons authorised to have access to it.
On request, they can also be transmitted to persons and authorities whose right of access to personal data is recognized by law, regulations or provisions issued by authorities empowered by law.
ILIAD does not transfer your Data outside the European Union, unless having taken the necessary and adequate measures to ensure an equivalent level of protection and security of your Data to the one offered in Europe.
How long does ILIAD keep your Data?
We attach great importance to the relevance of Data retention. Your Data is kept only for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes presented. If necessary, we retain your Data for the duration of our business relationship, which includes the preparation and execution of the contract.
In addition, we are subject to various legal retention and documentation obligations arising from commercial and tax legislation, among other things.
Finally, we may retain certain Data to enable us to exercise our rights (e.g., to file an action in any court) or for statistical or historical purposes.
When we no longer need to use your Data, we endeavour to delete it from our systems and files or proceed to archive or anonymise it so that it can no longer identify you.
How does ILIAD ensure the security of your Data?
Iliad attaches particular importance to data security. It implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the Data it processes and carefully selects its partners and service providers who may have access to your Data.
Your Data is processed electronically and/or manually and in any case, in such a way that its security, protection and confidentiality are ensured with regard to its level of sensitivity, via administrative, technical and physical measures to prevent loss, theft, unauthorised use, disclosure or modification.
How to manage your Data?
ILIAD is particularly concerned with the respect of the rights granted to you in the context of your Data processing, in order to ensure fair and transparent processing taking into account the specific circumstances and context in which your Data are processed.
In this respect, you may at any time, in particular, access your Data and request a copy, rectify it, have it deleted or request the limitation of the processing of your Data for specific reasons provided for by the Data regulations or request its portability by sending a letter and providing proof of your identity to : Free - Informatique et Libertés - 75371 Paris Cedex 08.
You also have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your Data, the legal basis of which is the legitimate interest pursued by Iliad. If you exercise such a right to object, we will ensure that we no longer process your Data in the context of the processing concerned unless we can demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds for processing the Data.

In the event of a complaint to which ILIAD has not given you a satisfactory response, you may contact the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), which is responsible for compliance with data protection obligations.
